I might not know everything on everything but I do know somethings about a few things. I'm trying to narrow the topics I should write about here (though I will always include updates on me and my family and book recommendations) so I need your help.

A popular trusim says "People won't care what you know unless they know you care"
Rather than purpose in your blog to tell us stuff you know about (which feels to me more like 'giving advice') -- my preference in reading anyone's blog is to feel a connection to them. I want to know a person's heart.
What is your favorite thing to do when you have the time? How'd you meet your wife? Tell me about your kids! Wow, new in town, huh? Why'd ya move?
These are questions I'd ask if we sat together over a latte and were getting to know each other -- so these are the things I'd like to read in a person's blog.
So what makes you tick? What does your life look like when you have a bad day? When you have a good day? How did you respond to life around you today?
These are things I would "pick up on" if I hung out with you.
These are the things I like to read in another person's blog.
