If you haven't already, you have got to read Howard Schultz' "Pour Your Heart Into It: How Starbucks Built a Company One Cup at a Time!" At the time of writing, Schultz was the Chairman and CEO of Starbucks. Found out last night that he is now Chief Global Strategist for Starbucks. That makes the number of times he reinvented himself up to 4 from the 3 times he writes about in the book. Just picked it up 2 days ago and I'm already 3/4 of the way to the end.
Here's the title page from the Prologue:
Care more than others think wise.
Risk more than others think safe.
Dream more than others think practical.
Expect more than others think possible.
That's got to be enough to make you go out and buy the book....Do it NOW!
